Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Living an Ayurvedic lifestyle takes discipline. When I concluded my yoga teacher training, I decided to further explore Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is known as the "science of life". One who eats an Ayurvedic diet and lives an Ayurvedic lifestyle is said to live to their optimal health. I am participating in an Ayurvedic cleanse to honor my body's doshic makeup. By doing an Ayurvedic cleanse, I reduce inflammation and mucus build up in my body.

When the body is out of equilibrium, "dis-ease" manifests. When we completely rid our bodies of inflammation and excess mucus, the body can actually heal itself. I personally believe combining several practices can really enhance a person's well being. Before I list what has worked for me, this is not at all medical advice and always recommend you consult with your physician.

I have done a 360 transformation in a little over 1 year. I began by practicing Bodhi Yoga with an Ayurvedic focus. This yoga opened me up in a new light and expanded my consciousness. I was able to begin looking at myself and others in a different perspective. I started doing the "inner work". I was sifting and sorting through so many habits and practices that were no longer serving my highest good and eliminating them once and for all from my life. I was still holding onto a lot of emotional baggage and needed something different to process and release my emotions. I found emotion code intuitively and began going to many appointments to release emotions in my body that were no longer serving my highest good. With the combination of Bodhi Yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle, and Emotion Code, one can significantly raise their vibration and become a healthier, more stable person.

Many complimentary things I do are morning and evening affirmations, pyramid meditations, and drinking alkaline water. When we think thoughts, we are vibrating. When we are vibrating, we attract things with a similar vibration. Thoughts of gratitude, love, or anything positive for that matter will attract things of those vibrations. I watch Gaia TV to expand my consciousness and learn something new. I read books and listen to music that are "high-vibey".

At the end of the day, we create our own reality. I choose to create my reality with an Ayurvedic lifestyle full of Bodhi Yoga, energy work, positive affirmations, pyramid meditations, high-vibey music, books, and TV.

It is my 2nd day of my Ayurvedic cleanse and my digestion already feels 100% better.

Incoming Solar Activity

Today was the peak day in a 10 day portal activation between August 22nd to August 31st. There is an increase in cosmic activity and several spots on the sun are lighting up. It is the beginning of a new solar cycle and this means inner work is coming up.  Whenever I begin to deal with my inner work, I discipline myself into something new. Recently, I have created and stuck with a morning ritual and evening ritual that has been serving me well. Every morning I will meditate, practice yoga, burn an incense, and just breathe. Sometimes, I earth and journal outside and make a goal of getting at least 20 minutes of sunshine daily. When our bodies receive sunlight for at least 20 minutes, it helps strengthen our immunity and helps our bodies fight off the bad viruses, bacteria, and amoeba.  This lunar cycle has been major for me because I felt heart chakra upgrades and the need to raise my vibration higher. I have this innate feeling of wanting to be and feel lighter, so I have com...

Dancing to Release Old Vibrational Energy & Raising Your Vibration

Today I did a deep energetic cleanse with my aura and practiced connecting with my spirit guides. I am halfway there to becoming capable of verbally communicating with my higher guides on an instantaneous basis in any given situation. Normally, I set the space by cleansing the energies with sage and palo santo. I then rearrange my belongings to keep the energies clear and not stagnant. There are several steps I personally take to get in the sacred space of connecting with my guides.  After meditating and practicing my trance states, I felt very inclined to dance and release old vibrational energies that were no longer serving me. I created a short playlist of songs that I used to love in my childhood. :)  It's so healthy for the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies to release in dance. Dancing instantly raises our vibration, so it's always best to find time to dance for a little bit.  Namaste

Emotion Code & Reiki Healing

I have been brought to my knees during my spiritual awakening this year. I went from being super financially stable, to being completely broke with almost nothing left. I left my hometown and moved more than halfway across the country. I had a MAJOR ego death and really re-evaluated my life to what was most important to me. I have lost friends and family members who were nothing but toxic to be around, yet I still send them much unconditional love and light. I felt so lost and didn't know who I was or wanted to be until around mid February.  One night, I was having trouble sleeping. I was tossing and turning all night and ended up sleeping on my back. I never sleep on my back. I always sleep on my side or my stomach. Anyways, at one point in the night, I literally felt my third eye open and it was strange because it felt like how my normal eyes would feel if I haven't slept all night and woke up early. You know when you don't sleep well some nights and your eyes feel like ...
