Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Living an Ayurvedic lifestyle takes discipline. When I concluded my yoga teacher training, I decided to further explore Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is known as the "science of life". One who eats an Ayurvedic diet and lives an Ayurvedic lifestyle is said to live to their optimal health. I am participating in an Ayurvedic cleanse to honor my body's doshic makeup. By doing an Ayurvedic cleanse, I reduce inflammation and mucus build up in my body.

When the body is out of equilibrium, "dis-ease" manifests. When we completely rid our bodies of inflammation and excess mucus, the body can actually heal itself. I personally believe combining several practices can really enhance a person's well being. Before I list what has worked for me, this is not at all medical advice and always recommend you consult with your physician.

I have done a 360 transformation in a little over 1 year. I began by practicing Bodhi Yoga with an Ayurvedic focus. This yoga opened me up in a new light and expanded my consciousness. I was able to begin looking at myself and others in a different perspective. I started doing the "inner work". I was sifting and sorting through so many habits and practices that were no longer serving my highest good and eliminating them once and for all from my life. I was still holding onto a lot of emotional baggage and needed something different to process and release my emotions. I found emotion code intuitively and began going to many appointments to release emotions in my body that were no longer serving my highest good. With the combination of Bodhi Yoga, Ayurvedic lifestyle, and Emotion Code, one can significantly raise their vibration and become a healthier, more stable person.

Many complimentary things I do are morning and evening affirmations, pyramid meditations, and drinking alkaline water. When we think thoughts, we are vibrating. When we are vibrating, we attract things with a similar vibration. Thoughts of gratitude, love, or anything positive for that matter will attract things of those vibrations. I watch Gaia TV to expand my consciousness and learn something new. I read books and listen to music that are "high-vibey".

At the end of the day, we create our own reality. I choose to create my reality with an Ayurvedic lifestyle full of Bodhi Yoga, energy work, positive affirmations, pyramid meditations, high-vibey music, books, and TV.

It is my 2nd day of my Ayurvedic cleanse and my digestion already feels 100% better.

One of my favorite things I've recently cherished

I used to believe if someone did a "pretty" pose and it was super advanced, then I would be fit and healthy. Wrong. Yoga is so much more than just being able to look instagram worthy and attaining a flat stomach.         Yoga is a process of confronting your own limitations being able to challenge and overcome them. I have never had upper body strength, core strength, or even great balance. I practiced and practiced Vrksasana (tree pose) until I got it right. I learned how to allow myself to trust myself. This was HUGE for me. By learning this, I can stand anywhere, away from a wall and balance because I learned to allow. Also, I perfected my ardha chandrasana (half moon) asana on my right side. I am still practicing it on my left side because I'm not as strong on my left. I don't have to use any assistance because I practiced so much. I learned from that asana that certain things take time. Focus in the moment and be present. That message resonated so much

Transitioning from 3D to 5D consciousness

TODAY I have decided to raise my vibration to be 3D -> 5D. What does that mean? 1. Being in the 3rd dimension is what we observe on the physical plane. Being GROUNDED protects us from psychic and energetic attacks. This happens when you are open in the 4th dimension (4D) and you do not have the highest intention for yourself, for those involved, or for anything else. To be grounded and protected in 3D, I like to play my C-12 root crystal sound bowl, practice Bodhi Yoga™, stretch, meditate, use essential oils, and practice cupping on my muscles to release. 2. You want to AVOID being in the 4th dimension because you are opening up yourself to ALL entities without the highest intention. If you have the highest intentions, then you can ascend to 5D (5th dimension). Recently, I had my own personal experience of a psychic attack and did not know what to do when I was in that situation. I observed being in my house like normal except there were things that were different. I could literal

Twenty Twenty

What a year.  In January, I began a new chapter in my life across the country 3,000 miles away from my hometown. I had no idea what was about to unfold for me this year, but I knew I was ready for a new beginning.  This was the year I had my first ego death. I didn't know who I was or what I wanted to be. I was aimlessly floating through life barely getting by and taking care of myself in new ways. I was eating vegan, adjusting my sleep schedule, and started taking vitamins and supplements religiously.  I began my yoga teacher training journey in March and I knew this going to be apart of my life forever. After awakening my yoga practice like never before, one night I struggled falling and staying asleep. This was the night that changed EVERYTHING for me. I fell asleep on my back, my third eye opened and I saw the lower astral plane. I saw dark entities and floated out of my physical body. When I realized I was floating, I thought to myself "wow. I feel FREE." I rolled ba
