One of the coolest, most recent experiences I had was hearing one of my spirit guides (definitely felt like Krishna) speak to me through my left ear. Usually, your spirit guides will communicate through your left ear and ancestors your right ear. This is not entirely the case, but tends to be this way most commonly. I was laying in my bed by myself with no one around (of course) and my phone was off. My TV was also off so there was no possible way of any outside noise interference.
