Hand Crafted Pyramid Made for Me Channeled by Spirit

I am so grateful for the creator and all blessings through the creator. This pyramid was made specifically for me and I could not be anymore grateful. This pyramid was curated for me based on what Spirit said was necessary for my soul's evolution. My cats love it so much too which is a plus!! :)  I put my fresh foods in my pyramid to utilize the pyramid energy to increase my food's longevity and enhance my water. The pyramid energy rid my insomnia, anxiety, and depression. It helps me drop into meditation so much faster and also enhances my yoga practice. I love playing my sound bowls inside of it as well. I recommend that everyone take advantage of pyramid energy for their soul's growth. :) Namaste

Dancing to Release Old Vibrational Energy & Raising Your Vibration

Today I did a deep energetic cleanse with my aura and practiced connecting with my spirit guides. I am halfway there to becoming capable of verbally communicating with my higher guides on an instantaneous basis in any given situation. Normally, I set the space by cleansing the energies with sage and palo santo. I then rearrange my belongings to keep the energies clear and not stagnant. There are several steps I personally take to get in the sacred space of connecting with my guides.  After meditating and practicing my trance states, I felt very inclined to dance and release old vibrational energies that were no longer serving me. I created a short playlist of songs that I used to love in my childhood. :)  It's so healthy for the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies to release in dance. Dancing instantly raises our vibration, so it's always best to find time to dance for a little bit.  Namaste 

Ayurvedic Lifestyle

Living an Ayurvedic lifestyle takes discipline. When I concluded my yoga teacher training, I decided to further explore Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is known as the "science of life". One who eats an Ayurvedic diet and lives an Ayurvedic lifestyle is said to live to their optimal health. I am participating in an Ayurvedic cleanse to honor my body's doshic makeup. By doing an Ayurvedic cleanse, I reduce inflammation and mucus build up in my body.  When the body is out of equilibrium, "dis-ease" manifests. When we completely rid our bodies of inflammation and excess mucus, the body can actually heal itself. I personally believe combining several practices can really enhance a person's well being.
