Transitioning from 3D to 5D consciousness

 TODAY I have decided to raise my vibration to be 3D -> 5D. What does that mean?




1. Being in the 3rd dimension is what we observe on the physical plane. Being GROUNDED protects us from psychic and energetic attacks. This happens when you are open in the 4th dimension (4D) and you do not have the highest intention for yourself, for those involved, or for anything else. To be grounded and protected in 3D, I like to play my C-12 root crystal sound bowl, practice Bodhi Yoga™, stretch, meditate, use essential oils, and practice cupping on my muscles to release.
2. You want to AVOID being in the 4th dimension because you are opening up yourself to ALL entities without the highest intention. If you have the highest intentions, then you can ascend to 5D (5th dimension).
Recently, I had my own personal experience of a psychic attack and did not know what to do when I was in that situation. I observed being in my house like normal except there were things that were different. I could literally SEE the "air" when I opened my third eye. In the physical plane, we cannot see air because it is invisible to our naked eyes in the 3rd dimension. I floated out of my body (astral projecting) and observed my husband sleeping next to me but I was floating over him and about 4 entities that were floating in the upper right hand corner of my bedroom. They had big white, round eyes and had black floating "ghost-like" bodies. In that moment, I was not afraid, just curious and asking lots of questions. Who are you? What do you want? and eventually after not getting a response, they literally FLEW at my heart and made my heart beat so fast that if I was in my physical body, I would have had what we call a heart attack. I breathed very hard back and forth trying to jump back in my physical body where I was safe and grounded. That experience changed my life forever.
Now, I know how to protect myself AND give love and compassion to those entities if I encounter something like that ever again in the astral realm. Also, protecting yourself in the physical realm from physical attacks. Recognizing the "bad" in people is not the person, it is an ENTITY expressing themselves through people. Our physical bodies are literally vessels for our souls and we must learn how to protect ourselves and spread love and compassion. Those entities are suffering and some of them are looking for love and compassion and others are not. Set the HIGHEST intention for yourself and spread LOVE and COMPASSION.
3. Now, the question is how do I ascend to the 5th dimension? LOVE, BE COMPASSIONATE, AND THINK LIKE A 5TH DIMENSIONAL BEING. Observe 3D, 4D, and 5D comments and conversations in your everyday life. If people are paying attention to little stuff like the way you speak, how your grammar is, etc. that is 3rd dimensional thinking. Observe who is wrapped up into "conspiracy theories" and how they are just spinning and spinning and spinning in those. That is 4th dimensional thinking. Observe who is loving, spreading compassion, and light to other people. THAT is 5th dimensional thinking. The SECOND you stop paying attention to people's skin color, religious beliefs, where they are from, how they talk, what they are wrapped up in, etc. you are setting yourself up for spiritual growth. The SECOND you start paying attention to people and entities influencing them, you are raising your vibration.
So, with that being said, I wanted to post a few pictures that resonated with me today and my mini infographic I created to help inspire people to RAISE their vibration and prevent themselves from lowering theirs. GOD BLESS EVERYONE who reads or doesn't read this, I love ALL of you, and project spreading white and golden light to EVERYONE today. You are ALL protected from other loving entities outside of this physical world and once you contact them you will realize how much you are loved infinitely and eternally.
TODAY, I challenge YOU to raise your vibration and ASK questions in meditation, while journaling, while walking, doing yoga, etc. ASK: What am I supposed to learn from all of this? What is my purpose? Who AM I? Where does my soul come from? What past lives have I lived? ASK WITH YOUR HIGHEST INTENTION. ASK WITH THE HIGHEST VIBRATION. Example: "I am channeling the galactic federation of light for the highest vibration for all of those involved. What is my purpose here on earth?" God Bless everyone and spread love and compassion to all beings EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. in all the dimensions you travel to. Namaste.

One of my favorite things I've recently cherished

       I used to believe if someone did a "pretty" pose and it was super advanced, then I would be fit and healthy. Wrong. Yoga is so much more than just being able to look instagram worthy and attaining a flat stomach.         Yoga is a process of confronting your own limitations being able to challenge and overcome them. I have never had upper body strength, core strength, or even great balance. I practiced and practiced Vrksasana (tree pose) until I got it right. I learned how to allow myself to trust myself. This was HUGE for me. By learning this, I can stand anywhere, away from a wall and balance because I learned to allow. Also, I perfected my ardha chandrasana (half moon) asana on my right side. I am still practicing it on my left side because I'm not as strong on my left. I don't have to use any assistance because I practiced so much. I learned from that asana that certain things take time. Focus in the moment and be present. That message resonated so much
