How Daily Yoga Practice is Affecting My Life

I have been consistently practicing yoga everyday twice a day for the past week. In this past week, I have been more productive around the house and more motivated to hustle. 

I have NEVER had upper body strength until I started practicing yoga on a daily basis. Today was the first day in my life where I had the strength to mow the lawn in my backyard and the side of my house. I am going to do the rest later after my yoga session. :) I could pull the string to start it and push it for about 30 minutes. I felt so good!! Also, I have been keeping up with my dishes since I cook a lot at home and rarely eat out anymore. 

It has been making me feel great and more conscious of everything I do. I recently went through my music and deleted everything that was low vibrational, attracting negativity, and cursing. I cannot even express how much this has impacted me. I'm also conscious of everything I eat. I am focused on eating high vibrational foods and alkaline water. The other day I was Door Dashing, I was driving down Bangerter Highway and felt a "floaty" sensation. My third eye was tingling and I felt like I was out of my body, but not completely. The answers I have been receiving are that I am experiencing ascension symptoms. Earth is going through a massive shift right now. There are massive amounts of photon gamma light waves blasting to the earth right now through the central sun. If the human body is taken care of to the best of one's ability, then we will experience all kinds of symptoms. In order to support the ascension process, one must eat raw, high vibrational foods, breathe, meditate, and participate in activities that are positively stimulating (yoga!).

I have almost done a complete 360 in my life since receiving my heart chakra upgrades. :) I feel so full of love and compassion. With these upgrades and learning how to support my ascension process, I feel so powerful! I have been loving this spiritual journey that I have embarked on since 5 years ago. Living an Ayurvedic lifestyle takes discipline. When I concluded my yoga teacher training, I decided to further explore Ayurveda.  Ayurveda is known as the "science of life". One who eats an Ayurvedic diet and lives an Ayurvedic lifestyle is said to live to their optimal health. I am participating in an Ayurvedic cleanse to honor my body's doshic makeup.
