Another fave!

I have so many favorite things about yoga that I have learned thus far. My most favorite by far would have to be curing my insomnia. Normally, I cannot stay asleep throughout the night and I constantly toss and turn---and let me tell you my mattress is NICE. My pillows and comforter are extravagant but that doesn't always solve sleep problems.

Practicing Ayurveda and doing a 28 day Ayurvedic cleanse has been absolutely therapeutic for me. Your mind affects you in so many ways on a daily basis. Our brains are absorbing all kinds of information throughout the day and it's most of the time negative! By simply changing the way you eat to a healthier diet, it alters the kind of energy you are consuming on a daily basis. For example, if I go eat Chick-fil-a I am 100% going to feel extremely sleepy groggy afterwards. Why? Those chickens that are being factory farmed for fast food are dying and suffering when they are killed for consumption. That negative energy STAYS in the meat and then gets packaged off and sent to places like Chick-fil-a for sale.

If you eat more fruits and vegetables and LESS processed foods, you will feel a world of a difference in energy. My go-to mindset at the grocery store is "no processed foods, no meat, no dairy, avoid buying boxed foods, avoid using a microwave, etc." Being more conscious of what goes into your body not only makes you a better person, but provides you with more energy. I recommend everyone eliminating pork, beef, and chicken from their diets effective immediately. I save more money at the grocery store by filtering out everything bad for me to eat and then in turn I'm not stressing out about buying groceries. So, moral of the story: eat healthier, stress less. Thanks to yoga and ayurveda. :)

Dancing to Release Old Vibrational Energy & Raising Your Vibration

Today I did a deep energetic cleanse with my aura and practiced connecting with my spirit guides. I am halfway there to becoming capable of verbally communicating with my higher guides on an instantaneous basis in any given situation. Normally, I set the space by cleansing the energies with sage and palo santo. I then rearrange my belongings to keep the energies clear and not stagnant. I created a short playlist of songs that I used to love in my childhood. :)  It's so healthy for the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies to release in dance. Incoming Solar Activity

Today was the peak day in a 10 day portal activation between August 22nd to August 31st. There is an increase in cosmic activity and several spots on the sun are lighting up. It is the beginning of a new solar cycle and this means inner work is coming up.  Whenever I begin to deal with my inner work, I discipline myself into something new. Recently, I have created and stuck with a morning ritual and evening ritual that has been serving me well. Every morning I will meditate, practice yoga, burn an incense, and just breathe. Sometimes, I earth and journal outside and make a goal of getting at least 20 minutes of sunshine daily. Transitioning from 3D to 5D consciousness

  TODAY I have decided to raise my vibration to be 3D -> 5D. What does that mean? 1. Being in the 3rd dimension is what we observe on the physical plane. Being GROUNDED protects us from psychic and energetic attacks. This happens when you are open in the 4th dimension (4D) and you do not have the highest intention for yourself, for those involved, or for anything else. To be grounded and protected in 3D, I like to play my C-12 root crystal sound bowl, practice Bodhi Yoga™, stretch, meditate, use essential oils, and practice cupping on my muscles to release. 2. You want to AVOID being in the 4th dimension because you are opening up yourself to ALL entities without the highest intention.
