Waxing Crescent Moon Flow

Today, I attended a yoga session via online. This lovely soul, Loring, taught her personal class on her Youtube channel. I liked how her flow was challenging because I haven't developed my upper body strength yet, so it was a nice edge to test. I liked her variation of the side plank pose with one knee on the ground and one hand lifted to open up the heart and hips. Also, I really enjoyed the end when we chanted "OM Shreem" with our hands pushed together at the third eye. I literally saw my computer with the video playing through my third eye!! It was such a cool experience that challenged my limits.

Lately, I have been seeing flashes of blues and purples through my third eye. I also noticed a UFO saucer shape that had a purple hue to it and a friendly grey being with big, black eyes when I was in my trance. I am a star seed, so I found that quite interesting. I'm so excited for tomorrow because it is the peak day of the portal activation for these new solar energy flares that are occuring. Tomorrow is the first quarter moon which means my inner work is showing up! I feel like it already has shown up because I have been recently called to work on my heart chakra. During certain portal activations, I walk outside and earth in the grass. I take 3 deep breaths, close my eyes, and imagine a sun with the number 3 on it traveling from my crown all the way down and out my feet. I count down to 1 and then I ask within. "What am I supposed to be learning from this?" "How can I manifest growth in my life?"

I begin journaling and write down all the answers that pop into my head. It's one of the coolest things ever to me. It's a thought that appears in my mind, but isn't MY thought if that makes sense. I feel so in control of my life after those powerful meditations that I accomplish so many things. Recently, I have changed my morning, afternoon, and evening rituals. I have incorporated high vibrational foods, dry skin brushing, abhyanga, reading an hour before I fall asleep, setting intentions in the highest vibrations possible, burning incense during my yoga practice and meditations, charging and cleansing my crystals, and so much more. I love how I have grown into new, healthy habits. I deleted a TON of my music off my apple music that made me feel like I was vibrating low. I have done a complete 360 in my life of clearing away low vibrational music and activities to make way for higher spiritual growth. My purpose in this lifetime is to help mother earth and humanity shift into a higher consciousness and help in anyway I can. Love and compassion is my number one focus.

Namaste.

The benefits of practicing BodhiSpin Yoga & Meditation

BodhiSpin Yoga is a gentle approach to Kundalini Style Yoga. The intention is to move Kundalini energy up the spine through repeating certain postures. It raises energy, allows you to become more aware, and refines your soul.

The breath is a deep, relaxed nasal breath. This combination of breathwork and practice is extremely liberating for the soul. It is my favorite flow of the different BodhiFlow practices.

I feel like a brand new person every time I practice BodhiSpin. It makes me feel more conscious, I am able to gain new insight, and my overall instinctual feelings become stronger. I cannot wait to start teaching this flow because of its many benefits.

Emotional

It allows you to release any emotions pent up inside the body allowing space for the natural flow of energy. If you are prone to be moody, sad, excessive in any emotion, than this is the perfect flow for you. It will help you improve many areas of your life.

Physical

The poses aren't as physically demanding as a traditi…

The Doshas; the result of mother nature manifesting herself into reality

The Doshas are three forces that all of us naturally have, however one typically dominates over the other two. The following universal elements represent each Dosha uniquely in mother nature: Vata (air & space), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth & water). It is important to balance these Doshas as it is a form of soul healing. Your mind, body, spirit, emotions, senses, health, and well-being are all affected on a daily basis. We must make a conscious effort to keep our doshas in a balanced state at all times.
1. VATA
Vata aids in physical processes. According to Bodhi Yoga, "the Air element governs sensory and mental balance" (Bodhi 4). This force is particularly found in empty spaces and fine channels of the mind and body. Vata traits are light, dry, and cold.
2. PITTA
Pitta aids in chemical and metabolic processes. According to Bodhi Yoga, "Pitta governs all aspects of light and warmth in the mind and body" (Bodhi 5). This force is present in the body as a …

One of my favorite things I've recently cherished

I used to believe if someone did a "pretty" pose and it was super advanced, then I would be fit and healthy. Wrong. Yoga is so much more than just being able to look instagram worthy and attaining a flat stomach.         Yoga is a process of confronting your own limitations being able to challenge and overcome them. I have never had upper body strength, core strength, or even great balance. I practiced and practiced Vrksasana (tree pose) until I got it right. I learned how to allow myself to trust myself. This was HUGE for me. By learning this, I can stand anywhere, away from a wall and balance because I learned to allow. Also, I perfected my ardha chandrasana (half moon) asana on my right side. I am still practicing it on my left side because I'm not as strong on my left. I don't have to use any assistance because I practiced so much. I learned from that asana that certain things take time. Focus in the moment and be present. That message resonated so much w…
